Growing up around the kitchen with my mother allowed me to develop a passion for cooking and baking during my childhood. Baking was one of my favorite past times so I decided to dive into the culinary and pastry industry.

I completed the Le Cordon Bleu Patisserie and Baking program at the Pennsylvania Culinary Institute in Pittsburgh. After gaining a wealth of knowledge and skills while in culinary school, I completed my final externship at a specialty cake shop in Boardman. Shortly after, I also completed a Bachelor’s program and obtained my degree in Le Cordon Bleu Culinary Management.

I have thoroughly enjoyed creating many wedding and specialty cakes and now would like to expand my skills while providing beautiful cakes to the community. The Cake Baker is a specialty cake company devoted to serving its clients and providing cakes that surpass client expectations.
